How do I track my order?
Once your product is made, an email will be sent to you containing a tracking number and link you can use to follow your package.
What are your delivery options?
Because each product is created after your order comes through, there is not an expedited shipping option. As of now, the shipping is all Priority Mail.
Do you accept custom orders?
At this time, we are not accepting custom orders. However, if there is a specific design you would like to see in a different color, with different color text, or on a different piece of clothing, please feel free to send me a message and I can try to add it to the site!
Do you provide International delivery?
We will gladly ship anywhere in the world, however for international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties fees, or taxes that may apply to your country of residence. Before placing your international order, please check with your local customs office to find out if you are required to pay additional customs/duties fees or taxes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Shipping may take 1-3 days for your package to arrive, so total time before you receive your package should be between 8-14 days. International deliveries will vary by country.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Items returned to sender because of incorrect customer address will be recharged the shipping rate.
